General Policies

If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid charges

Arriving late will cut into your appointment time

If you're appointment has to be cancelled 24 hours or less before, you will be charged the full price of your treatment

For purposes of safety in sanitatio,n we cannot allow more than one guest per room

Your first appointment will be approximately 15 minutes longer to allow for you initial consultation
Clothing Policy
I have implemented clothing guidelines to ensure a comfortable experience for both clients and therapist:
Underwear
Above-the-knee shorts
Cycling shorts
Gym shorts
For the Indian head massage treatment, clients are advised to be able to remove the top half of their clothing, down to vest level, to ensure proper treatment.
Anything else may compromise your massage experience. This ensures that both the client and I feel comfortable during a treatment.

All appointments are to be booked via the website in order to ensure continuity and that all appointments go into my diary.

I do not accept walk-in appointments.

I do not accept demanding phone calls/messages

Invoices can be created however you must notify me prior to your appointment.

If you cannot comply with any of the policies I reserve the right to refuse to treat a client and or disallow them from re-booking.
Grapeseed Oil
The oil I use is called grape seed oil it is completely hypoallergenic.
Moisturizing: Grape seed oil is rich in linoleic acid and Omega 6 fatty acid that helps hydrate and moisturize the skin leaving it feeling soft and rejuvenated.
Skin Health: Skin health can be beneficial for various skin conditions such as dryness, rashes and even acne due to its moisturizing astringent and antimicrobial properties.
General: Suitable for all skin types Grape Seed oil is generally well tolerated and suitable for all skin types including sensitive and allergy prone skin.
